Inglenook Construction Update & Zionsville Pathway News

Happy Spring!  The sun is out and it’s officially porch season!

Front Porch Living at Inglenook

Construction at Inglenook of Zionsville continues!  We are in the middle of installing water service along Zionsville Road.  The project will be completed in the next couple of weeks.

Inglenook of Zionsville Neighborhood Plan

Upon completion of the water service, Homesites #10, 11, and 12 will be the first lots to go under construction.  A Plumrose will be built in Homesite #10, an Ellis in Homesite #11, and a custom Spruce in Homesite #12.   Homesites #10 and #11 are still available!

We have had several people ask when we will start taking reservations for Phase 2 with the wonderful lots overlooking the woods.  As home construction begins on Phase 1 we will begin to accept reservations for Phase 2.  If you have interest in being on a preferred call list when Phase 2 is released, please send us an email at or give us a call at 317.767.9760.  We’re looking forward to building some lovely houses and creating a unique neighborhood to call home.

We are very excited to share recent news regarding a pathway to town!  There are two exciting pieces of town infrastructure happening this summer around Inglenook of Zionsville*:

1)   The widening of Zionsville Road from 106th Street to 96th Street

2)   The building of a pathway along Zionsville Road.  It will be built on the west side of the road and will connect down to subdivisions on 96th Street, which, in the long-term, will have a connection with the Rail Trail.
