Safety Comes First in Carmel
A recent survey by an independent real estate blog named Carmel, IN as America’s safest suburb. The survey looked at 120 suburban cities across America and criteria for this survey included a study of property crimes per capita (burglaries, thefts, and motor vehicle thefts), violent crimes per capita (murders, rapes, robberies, and aggravated assaults) and the odds of being a victim of a crime.
