Construction is cruising along the east side of Inglenook of Zionsville. Andersen® Windows are being installed in the final home on the first green, a three-bedroom Ellis. With the windows in, this charming Ellis will officially look out onto the community greenspace. Saddle up with a newspaper and a cup of Joe in the morning and enjoy the view. To our painters, our landscapers, our surveyors, our construction teams, our framers, our roofers, our carpenters, our cabinet folks, our lighting folks, and the list goes on! Each home at Inglenook is built with lots of love and sweat.

Thank you for your attention to details, hours upon hours of work, and for helping us build a place to call home.

June Inglenook Construction Update

The spring was very busy at Inglenook, and the summer is off to an even hotter start (pun intended!). If you’re keeping tabs, there are only 4 home sites remaining out of Inglenook’s 27 homes.

Our builder, Casey, and his merry men are hard at work with 13 custom-built cottage homes going up.   The list of homes includes 4 of architect Ross Chapin’s newest design the Iris, 3 custom-built Plumrose homes, 2 Ellis homes, 2 Cohos, the final Madrona, and the final Betty Sue. We’re framing, installing siding, and painting, getting them ready for their new families. If you haven’t come by lately, now is a great time to see stop by and see all the action and tour some great new homes.  Here are few pictures for a little preview!

In the first three months of 2014 we happily welcomed several new families into the Inglenook community! With the sales of our final Betty Sue, a custom-built Iris, Ellis, Plumrose, and the model Ellis, our cozy, little neighborhood is filling up.

Five home sites are still available on the west side of Maple Drive - #13, 20, 23, 26, and 27.  Homes sites #13 and #20 are currently under construction – an Iris with a full front porch and a Madrona respectively.  The Iris, Ross Chapin’s latest cottage home design, was built specifically for Inglenook and is a meld between the Ellis and the Madison.  This Iris will be completed and move-in ready in July.   The completion of the Madrona is hot on the heels of the Iris with finishing touches being put on in the months of August and September.  The final three open home sites will house another Iris and two Plumrose homes!

The Westside of Inglenook is on the rise!  The busy bees on our Inglenook building team have been hard at work with the front nine home sites all under construction.  Seven of these home sites have already been claimed for custom-built homes.  The two remaining cottage homes currently being built are Ross Chapin’s latest home design, the Iris and a Madrona.

Our cozy little community is filling up!  Recent sales of a custom-built Ellis, Iris, and Betty Sue have 22 out of 27 home sites sold!
