Brrr…here come the snow and freezing temps. At Inglenook, you can enjoy the beauty and fun of a winter wonderland without the pain of snow removal and heating bills piling high.
Unless you’re headed to build a snowman, there’s no need to break out your heavy winter coats, snow boots, and shovels. Inglenook’s snow removal is covered under the monthly Home Owners’ Association fee. We’ll plow the drive and shovel the walks helping make the endless snowfall seem like a breeze!
Inside your cozy abode warm up fireside knowing your heating bill is staying cool. With the highest quality insulation, a single-stage heating gas furnace, and insulated windows and doors Inglenook’s homes are built to withstand the coldest of cold. In fact, the gas budget payment for a Betty was a cool $38.00 per month last winter. Now that’s refreshing.
So enjoy sitting fireside, we’ve got the snow covered!

A New Betty Cottage Home Plan for Inglenook’s Zionsville Pocket Neighborhood
The New Year brings a new addition to the Zionsville neighborhood – a single-story Betty! One Betty cottage home has been added to the Inglenook Zionsville neighborhood plan, housed on home site #14.
ROSS CHAPIN’S BETTY HOME
The Betty cottage home is Inglenook’s one and only single-story home. Similar to Ross Chapin’s Betty Rose and Betty Sue homes, this Betty cottage home makes the most of every inch, accommodating all of your living needs on a single floor. Known in the architectural world as “useful beauty,” Ross Chapin’s plans have purposeful design. Inglenook’s homes are built to maximize living space with built-in bookshelves, spacious closets, and an open floor plan.
NEW ADDITIONS TO THE ZIONSVILLE BETTY
This particular Betty has been designed specifically for Inglenook’s Zionsville community and home site #14. The Betty will feature a two-car garage, larger living and dining area than the previous Bettys, and will be built without a basement.
With just one Betty cottage home available in the Zionsville Inglenook pocket neighborhood this cozy home will go quickly. Pricing starts in the $350Ks. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 317.767.9760 with questions or to schedule a meeting.
