Inglenook gets thumbs up from Commission

Another planned unit development may soon be coming to Zionsville.

The Zionsville Plan Commission voted unanimously to give a favorable recommendation to rezone 18 acres along Zionsville Road south of 106th Street to a PUD. The PUD would allow for a "pocket neighborhood" known as Inglenook with nearly 50 cottage-style homes to be constructed.
